I am looking to rent a NICE furnished studio or 1 BR in Palermo SOHO or Hollywood from Oct 1 (or a little earlier) through December. Basically Sept 22 - Dec 22 would be ideal for me.

I current live in Recoleta and i've been here for about 3 years. I'm leaving Argentina at the end of the year and would like to spend my last 3 months not dealing with the 3rd world problems that have been plaguing me the last few.

I want to pay between 700 and 1000 US - i can pay in pesos here or in USD overseas.

For the right place I would move in asap. If you know anyone renting a place like this give me a holler.

I was renting a few months back a studio near Guatemala and Arevalo in Palermo Hollywood, also a one bedroom on Arevalo. Both are 2 or so Blocks from the Subte Carranza. If you want the details of the guy so you can work something out pm me and I will pass them on to you. Good Luck
