I'm a german entrepreneur who's been living in South America
for the past three and a half years currently establishing a
second residence in Buenos Aires.

I am looking for an apartment of at least 50 m² with a balcony
in Palermo Viejo, preferably 3rd floor or higher. I want to
rent long term, not just a few months.

You will enjoy 100% occupancy year-round and can rely on me as
