Looking for long-term Rental

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom (each room with beds) for a long-term rental (maybe as long as 4-5 months). If the apartment has any extra beds that's a major plus as I will be hosting some friends throughout the next few months. Looking to spend $US600-1200/month. I would like to visit the place in person at some point this week. I will arrive in Buenos Aires on Wednesday.
 
i have a friend who has two apartments for rent.. one in juncal y riobamba and another in downtown (more expernsive) rates range from 220-300$us a week, they are spotless and well maintained and very safe
