graduate student. I lived in Costa Rica for three years before moving
to Argentina and speak fluent Spanish (I'm happy only speaking Spanish
if you prefer). I also play guitar, like to cook, surf, travel,
non-smoker, etc.. Overall, I'm a laid back person that is clean and
easy to get along with.
The apartment includes: high speed internet/wifi,
digital cable, DVD player, 5 point surround sound stereo system with
subwoofer, central heating and air-conditioning, 6 person dining room
table, 6 range professional industrial oven, fully equiped kitchen
(non-stick pots/pans, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker,
broiler grill, etc.) central heating/air conditioning, three mountain
bikes to use (raleighs with front shock), big wraparound plush sofa,
recessed lighting, large terrace with wall built-in parrilla and
outdoor lounging chairs.
The prices includes everything listed above including:
water, gas, electricity, phone, weekly cleaning, full use of the
apartment (you will be a roomate not someone just renting a room in an
apartment). Basically put, you will not have any apartment costs minus
the rent.
