looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apt in Recoleta (1 block from Santa Fe and Callao)
There's 2 bedrooms (would give up the one you prefer. One is much bigger with queen bed but has some stuff from the owner. other is smaller but office like with computer desk)
Big living room if you like to study/work there. (I rarely get off the room)
Central heating/hot water/10MB internet wifi/laundry room with washing machine and tender/nice size kitchen.
It's from and old lady so the furniture is quite good.
I'm looking for about U$500/mo. (expenses are about $1300 and rising plus services plus rent money) but we can talk about it if blue dollar goes sky high again.
Basic rules:
- No smoking/drugs
- No sleepovers unless it's close family/friends for a few days (i.e. no one nighters we don't know please)
- No late night big parties (70% living in the building are aged 70+)
- 1 month deposit
About me:
- 30yo male (born in SF, grew up in Argentine Patagonia)
- Bilingual spa/eng with basic portuguese.
- Work a lot at home (rarely get off the room) but leave for 4+ hours everyday for reunions and on the site jobs, plus college sports training.
- Music/sports fan.
