I think such is price is available but for nothing or nowhere where I'd like to live!! but give it time! and when it does become a different market, I'll be there! and I have 35 years of real estate buying and selling in ba and have always bought in sold in barrio norte, recoleta and palermo!
I agree with the fact that it is now becoming more of a local market and while $50000usd might not be much for an expat, $600,000 pesos is a lot for most argentinos when 50% of the population earns less than $6000pesos monthly.
