Is there a way to get hold of a REAL LIVE PERSON on the phone? I lost my password, and when I try to reset it the mail ML is supposed to send me does not show up in my mailbox.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've done all that but no mail shows up anywhere in my mailbox. Will open a new account.
