Love Motels In Buenos Aires

Not that I speak from experience, but when looking for a telo... "cheap" probably shouldn't be the determining factor. :p There's 3 telos right nearby our house -- I'm sure they're cheap (one's right next to the gas station), but I wouldn't go there.

Some of the telos posted though look luxurious... I guess I had the idea that there were a lot more heart-shaped beds with zebra print.

Then you can get the Shanki Pimp the ciudadania argentina too !

Prostitution is legal here, but very specifically pimping is not. Still happens, although it's the reason that a lot of clubs and privados have been shut down here in the last year or so (including fairly the famous club Madaho at the corner of Vicente Lopez and Azcuenega and at least for awhile Black at Alvear and Ayacucho), but Sr Pimp won't be getting citizenship as a result of his dishonest work :)

I'm not sure that a pimp is dishonest? Perhaps a real estate agent is dishonest also. And maybe a talent agent. I'm speaking of the concept of the "middle person" not the physically and mentally abusive thing that a pimp can be.

I actually had meant to put "dishonest" in quotes. According to the laws of Argentina related to sex workers, not necessarily that the work itself was always dishonest.

I know of (but don't know, through some development work I've done) guys in the US who promote girls and set up their dates on escort websites and forums and get paid for it. They aren't what you think of as your classic pimp - they actually seem to provide a value-added service.

The Argentine laws against "pimps" are related to restricting human trafficking while allowing the girls freedom of their bodies to be used as they see fit. However, the laws have been used to shut down otherwise-(at-least-near)-legitimate places that acted as a gathering place for the girls and guys alike, where everyone got what they wanted. But to be honest, some of those bars really control what the girls can charge, when they have to work, how many drinks they have to sell (where the clubs make their money - seriously over-priced drinks) and a few other things.

BTW - for those reading this and who may feel like taking a walk on the wild side here (even if only to take a look) - be careful. Unless you know of or are directed to a place by someone who knows a place, you could end up in a trap. I know of guys who have gone into places (usually empty once you get in) where as soon as you sit down, girls come up and start talking to you and someone starts bringing drinks and you can protest all you want to that you didn't order anything - but once you get up to leave without paying suddenly there's a couple of big guys blocking the exit. Last I heard of this was about a year ago and it cost the guy a couple thousand pesos to get out. Another guy, some time ago (2-3 years maybe), fought his way out successfully.

I heard someone by the name of El queso is the master mind behind running such bars.

I find it unacceptable that male escorts make so much less than female. People talk about the so-called "pay gap" but the biggest pay gap in any industry is between rentboys and their female counterparts who make several times more and can command "sugardaddies" who buy them untold riches, luxury cars, apartments, and so on. While rentboys have to do with the bare minimum wage in this profession and rarely if ever get any gifts.

I wasn't asking about prostitution though, just really a nice motel, there are some reasons I don't want to use my apt.; thanks to those who have suggested some places.
In a lot of cities in the US male escorts can make a lot of money, I just think it is more with the culture here with gay not being as open and not necessarily having a know population with a lot of money which one could find on the east coast or cali

My grandfather/grandmother from father's side was from Russia then moved to the USA but lived in Europe before (my mom's side is Spanish-Venezuelan) and they both told me that the custom with motels and stuff is similar. Who knows if it's just economics, might be cultural too. Even when you don't have nice love motels people in a lot of the world just use cheap hotels for this.

I know a couple of long-time married couples who go to telos for a little spice in the relationship. A bit of afternoon delight is a good thing.

Hybrid,

Did you consider bringing your yens here and opening a love motel in BA?
