I am heading back to the UK for 3 months from July to September and I am looking to rent out my room for this time.

I live in a beautiful PH in Almagro, just on the outskirts of Palermo, literally a 7 block walk from Plaza Armenia with a friend and I am going back to spend summer in the UK. I will be renting my room for 400USD a month and it includes everything (Wifi, cable, water, electric). I will be taking a one month deposit that will be returned to you when you leave the house if everything is in order.
