Mujica ran a country that has profited greatly from the offshore industry -- don`t be surprised if things start to emerge from the data dump that tarnish his name. He also claims that Lula is innocent. Mujica has lost some marbles if you ask me.

Illia isn't referenced when talking about Mujica because Illia was not a terrorist in his younger days like Pepe he was a country doctor of democratic ideals who was elected president. My1st visit,at 23, to Argentina was in 1965 during his presidency.It was a totally democratic gov't but things weren't going quickly enough for the "monied classes"- -they used to let turtles loose in the Plaza de Mayo to show how slow Illia did things.
In Argentina, then and now, they like to make money rapidly and "sin dar mucho golpe".So,they promoted a real "golpe" against Illia to move in the milicos with Ongania.It was a real shame for Argentine democracy that can not be denied.
