Mct Oil To Spare/sell? (Paleo, Keto, "bulletproofers")

There is a new place at Callao 836. I buy my oils there (pecan, nuez, lino, chia).
They have coconut oil. You can check if this is the one you need. It is from Vietnam.

The diet you mentioned is great for fixing medical conditions under medical control. I had too high trigliceridos, colesterol, úric ácid, sugar in blood. A year later my blood test was perfect but zero weigh loss.
Just my 2 cents.

This is my diet and at almost 46 years old, my bloodwork is that of a 21 year old (this is what the doctor told me when I had a full blood work analysis a week ago)
The only beverages I drink: Water, black coffee, regular and green tea, and sometimes fresh natural juices and smoothies. At most, 1 glass of red wine per week. NO OTHER BEVERAGES EVER.
Typical breakfast: Banana, Avocado, hard boiled egg, pear, apple, low fat ricotta cheese.
Typical lunch: some kind of meat or fish, huge salad, dessert, either cookies or some pudding or piece of dark chocolate
Dinner (never past 9PM) - some kind of meat or fish, lots of vegetables, beans, sprinkle flax, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds on vegetables.
Supplemental items: every day I eat 3 - 5 cloves of fresh raw garlic, mixed with raw honey, cinnamon and cocoa (unsweetened) - to me this is my big health secret, LOTS AND LOTS of spices - turmeric, cumin, paprika, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary - THESE ARE SUPER POWERFUL SUBSTANCES THAT MAINTAIN HEALTH.
In between meals as snacks I always eat fresh fruit, I probably eat up to 5 bananas per day, lots of pears and when in season blueberries, cherries, peaches, plums, oranges, grapes & lots of peanuts.
I rarely eat bread - every now and then I will make my own but only out of good quality whole wheat flour, wheat germ and tons of different types of seeds.
Pasta maybe once per month at most. Every now and then I will eat pizza.
Things I avoid completely - alcoholic beverages, soda or any sweetened beverages, commercial baked goods like facturas.
No cigarettes, no drugs (not even over the counter stuff) no chewing gum EVER.
My calorie intake is high, probably around 4,000-5,000 calories per day. Height 5'10, Weight 185 lbs.
My last total cholesterol count was 160 (combined HDL/LDL)
In my opinion Argentine society is poisioning itself, with the huge consumption of coca-cola and sweetened beverages, cigarettes and huge quantites of bread and facturas that are part of almost everyone's daily diet.

Well, this is not only an Ar issue. However, the diet high in carbos is not bad when you are young. We were debating, not much, about that.

Anecdotally, I would say that Argentines have reduced their tobacco consumption, but the soft drinks are alarming and bread products excessive.

I've lived here for 7 years so I can't really make a comparison and say whether or not people have reduced their tobacco consumption or not. When I used to come here as a tourist in the early 2000's I remember people smoking in restaurants and other public places and it was downright horrendous. I'll never forget the time I went to Banco de la Nacion and the teller who was handling my money had a cigarrette in his mouth truck driver style while he was counting out my money. I see so many people smoking in the center where I live- of all ages, men, women, older folks, and there are days when I see so many people walking around 9 de Julio with a cigarette in their mouth and holding a bottle of coca-cola that you would think that these things were being given away for free. It's truly alarming to say the least. The cost to the healthcare system is going to be astronomical.
