Metallica at Campo Argentino de Polo on April 30

An Argentine musician I know got to open for them. Marina Fages. I would consider her band more punk/postpunk than metal, but they upped the ante a bit for the Metallica crowd, and held their own. Metallica is kind of a retro heritage act at this point- the founding members are all almost 60.
 
no offense to your friend...but the crowd looks like they are asleep during that set haha.

60 or not, those guys are as good as ever.
