Michael Phelps could technically be stripped of medals

Did anyone hear about this madness? Basically, Michael Phelps did a photo shoot with Louis Vuitton and the ad campaign wasn't supposed to start until August 16th, after the Olympic Games ended, but they were leaked. This could be considered a violation of IOC rules, meaning he could be stripped of medals. Of course, I haven't found any evidence that the IOC plans to do so.

Doubt they will do anything. This sounds excessive considering it wasn't even the guys fault.
