Motorcycle hire anyone?

Hola,

We are looking to hire a motorbike, of any description, but over 250cc. I have held a full UK motorbike licence for over 25 years. We would need for 10 days from the 19th of December and would be travelling to Uruguay.

If anyone is interested in hiring theirs we'd be very interested.

Hi Michael, I don't have a bike to rent, but we just rented one for a 8-day trip to Salta (http://steph-and-ben.blogspot.com/search/label/motorcycling), so I'm happy to share info about rental companies if that would help.

We used GoodBike Argentina (www.goodbike.com.ar), a little more expensive than some of the others, but with unlimited mileage included (also GPS, helmets, etc -- the owner is very friendly and helpful). Otherwise we looked at Motocare, Caracas Moto Tours, FlyDriveArgentina and 2WheelTravel. Motocare never got back to us and FlyDrive Argentina was incredibly rude. Caracas Moto Tours and 2WheelTravel quoted us prices that were about $150 per day + mileage overage (and I think a fee for gear rental).
