We lived in one for five years and have now moved to La Lucila.
First impressions:
Less travelling which means more time for real things. It used to be an hour each way every day.
Everything at hand; shops, bars etc.
I now cycle to work in 10 mins. Getting fitter now.
All our friends are closer by. IE we have our lives back.
Big adjustment security wise and we take that very seriously now.
Can't leave the front door open any more, but heck.
We're delighted we made the move, and more so as my wife's son is much happier since his school and all his friends are here.
Happy bunnies.

where were you based?I guess Nordelta/Bancalari/Pilar area?I teach in those barrios that´s why I´m being nosey.....

ah ok,we play football just up from the college,Northchamp championship...and adore the parilla on the roundabout....ricooooo

Welcome to Real Life! I could not live on one of those barrios - I would love to have a weekend house there, though.

OK for weekends, but not for me on a permanent basis.
Prefer real life :)
