Moving From Buenos Aires To Usa

I moved back to the US in March and am still slowly taking stuff back each trip down. I looked into shipping my stuff back and it would have cost more than all the bag fees and price of the ticket combined.
sleslie23, i thought you are an important executive within your company. Dosen't the firm pick up your relocation tabs?

Ha ha, I am an just a lowly tech employee Hybrid-san. And my new job is in the US, so they had no responsibility to move me, unlike the company that sent me here. The cool thing is that I can come back to BsAs and stay for a month or so when I want, so I don't mind paying for a flight or two.

I guess it's better to sell it all here and just buy everything from Bed Bath and Beyond and Ebay there. Except that I don't think all my clothes and text books will fit into two or even three suitcases. Has anyone had experience shipping a box there via Correo Argentino?

lowly tech? How come? But you are "selected" by the US consulate there in Bs As to be included in their list of invitee for
Christmas dinner gala function ? To my understanding, a lowly tech IT or any, never gets to be invited to diplomatic entity dinners!
However, I was invited to attend the Thanks Giving dinner at the US embassy compound many years ago there in Lima, but then I was together with Keiko Fujimori, I think?

That was a joke Hybrid-san. The kale-peanut butter fugazzi comment should have tipped you off. :)
