Hi,

I think I've finally narrowed down a place to live. It's near Gurruchaga & Cordoba.

Is that still technically Palermo Soho? What it's like in that area?

It is where Palermo Soho starts. You will have fun there, plus many buses stop on Avenida Cordoba ( if you are looking for public transportation here). Palermo Soho is cool, with old buildings having old terraces and many restaurants and coffe places with seats outside, like europe. Most of the places have wifi connection. On the other side, many tourists go to Palermo Soho. I think it is a new neighbourhood.

Near Gurruchaga & Cordoba --- you better be more specific, it can be pretty damn noisy on Cordoba.
