Need someone to sublet beginning in Jan?

Hi,

I'm back home in the US for the holidays until Jan 5. I've done tourist rentals and sublets since Jan. of 2011, when I arrived in BA.

I'll be looking for a longer term lease this time around, but would like to be there in person to do it.

In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone would be travelling Jan through Feb and looking for someone to sublet. Ideally this would be for around the price of your rent and expenses. I'd be happy to perform basic house-sitting duties if necessary.

I'm responsable, work from home and am about a year veteran of BA at this point.

i have a room available, for more or less $1300, 30 dolars a day aprox.

the apartment is located in ALMAGRO, 15 minutes subway to downtown( LINE B, station A.GALLARDO)
there are 2 rooms(one for me, the owner), one bathroom, a living room, Balcony, TV, WI FI and computer, kitchen facilities , etc.
i ve just changed the woodfloor and painted, and buying new things and so..
