I have a part time housekeeper en blanco. I have always paid the full contributions (not withheld any portion from her salary). I am now so confused as it appears AFIP has changed the form effective Oct 2014? I was submitting an F102B form, but now I'm seeing a possible 102/RT which would quadruple my contributions? I have also heard something about a new requirement to provide additional insurance for domestic help? Does anyone have info on that.

Basically...HELP! I'm trying my very best to do things correct and by the letter of the law and every time I think I have it figured out - it changes and I'm back to feeling like a dumb*ss.

Thanks for the input.

yes, starting October this is the new form, if your employee is already registered and working for you http://www.afip.gob.ar/genericos/blanco/documentos/F102TR.pdf
and the instructive http://www.afip.gob.ar/genericos/blanco/documentos/Instructivo%20para%20completar%20el%20Formulario%20102T.pdf

this starts for the working period due on Oct 10th ( September ) and yes it is nearly the double. Apart from that, it is now mandatory tht the employer gets insurance for them and here you have a brief explanation http://www.presupuestofamiliar.com.ar/empleadas-domesticas-como-es-el-regimen-de-art/

Hope this clarifies it a bit!
