New Exchange Rate On Wednesday

Life is a continuing search for perfection. We can rejoice in knowing that we have found the perfect asshole.

Ed, I sure hope you meant the recipient of the Manners Lesson, rather than Miss Manners herself!

D, can there be any doubt? You and I may strive, but when it comes orificial perfection, there's only one who can achieve an empathy score Below Zero.

It pains me to concur that Cristina would have wiped the floor with Macri if she'd been running. At least ten points, I reckon.
Ultimately, Scioli seemed to represent a confusing mix of more of the same and on the other hand, a sort of change which even he couldn't rationalise. When he did, it all sounded too much like Macri's campaign model. And, in spite of Adri's insistence that Scioli was a shoe-in all those months ago, I always got the impression that he thought he was going to walk it, which is lethal for any politician, except if you're Cristina of course.
Zanini was poison as soon as Scioli announced that and I'm still bewildered about that decision.
Similarly, the mustache was also convinced of a walkover...just check out his stellar performance on YouTube in the now legendary "Of course, of course......" clip. Schadenfreude never felt so good watching that little gem.

AFIP decided to forego the 35 % tax to set all CC users on equal footing.

Poor river fans in Japan now, some of them will meet the end next month. This is daylight robbery.

Edit: hm, forego is just a bit too advance word for me. And today I got opposite information - that for December people will have to pay official + 35%. Yes, it sounded absurd, but we are in Argentina...
