New Online Purchasing Laws

That s it.

That's it? That's 3 steps too many.

1) Why pay taxes twice on stuff from abroad? it's ridiculous.
2) I don't know about you guys, but correo doesn't even deliver stuff anymore unless it's a letter. I'm sick of getting "We tried to deliver..." no, you didn't.
3) An affidavit to get my mail? How about I fill out one each time I call friends abroad, think anti-FpV thoughts, curse out the ass-backwardness of AR...

I swear, sometimes I think Cristina is doing this with Maduro:

1) because the law says so there and here. I know this is too much for neo-anarchists (libertarians).

2) problem solved, now you have to pick it up.

3) you full an afidávit when you have to pay taxes, that s how it works here or in the US.

I'm sure they are lining up around the block for your legal services after seeing posts like this.

Though I'm sure as an attorney, requiring affidavits to take a s**** is good for business.

Good article. North Korea? Sounds familiar...what about copyrights?

There is a mistake, you have to pay the 50% only over the 25 usd.

If it cost 26, you have to pay the 50% of 1 usd.

This is in the custom's code since decades but now they decided to enforce it.

However, the author got it! You need a dni for receive a package now.

A) i really don t care.
B.) only when you lie, they discover it and you are in jail.

The answer is simple. It applies to you. As a resident of Argentina you have to pay taxes and, if double taxation exception apply to you, then AFIP has to grand it.
If you are a House-wife, you can apply for House-wife cuil and then you can continue buying on line but you will have to pay the import tax you were evading (about 50%) and you have to pay for you jubilación (less than 100 pesos a month) and medical insurance that you can deduct from the Bill you pay to the insurance you already have after the 3rd month.

She said books Bajocero. Books are tax exempted so you should not go around accusing her of evaiding anything. You know better than that!!!

lol, you're funny. I'm actually a socialist but a socialist who realizes we live in the 21st century and it's
very Peronesque to implement such inefficient tax policies and import restrictions.

Filling out tax returns is not the same as buying stuff off the internet. For a country that is so
incompetent at every level of government you'd think you'd want less paperwork, not more...
