Erme - not sure if that's a question or an ironic comment.

If it' s a question, the situation at the moment is that services on the Linea San Martin are severely curtailed between Retiro and Villa del Parque so for now you will need a bus or alternative to take you to VdP, Devoto or another station further up the line. The 105, for instance, calls at Devoto and Saenz Pena. Train services between VdP and Pilar are running normally. Take a train to El Palomar where the station exit is only a couple of hundred metres from the airport terminal entrance. When the work is over you'll be able to take a train from Retiro or Palermo direct to El Palomar. And yes, you can use your Sube card.

Well then one can make it with The 105 Bus plus train to El Palomar for 20 pesos with sube

IMO the lawsuits won't get anywhere but they might take a long time to finally end up nowhere. The neighbours live next to an active airport and - surprise, surprise - people are flying aeroplanes in and out.
