Aside from the original contract in peso terms.
December with Milie election the Dollar jumped to 800 peso I on friendly terms guaranteed him payment in FIXED DOLLAR RENT. (Cash no bank deposit)
May Rent ,,, HE asked for additional 60% increase of the FIXED DOLLAR RENT. Again on friendly terms I gave him what he wanted. But now I can smell that he is preparing for another surprise.
Officially The receipts are all on the original contract. We did not modify or have a new contract.
