Overnight fee to be charged to foreign tourists

If you read the article linked, the maximum charge is $1.50 a day, and that is for hotels like the Alvear Palace. Somehow I doubt any tourists who are already paying $200 to $400 a night are going to even notice a dollar fifty additional.
