For USG business, I'd set up US based POB. More expensive +/-USD120 but 100% reliable. You also receive free daily front envelope scan to your email and they hold it forever, no matter how much mail you receive.

I'd think it is unlikely and would defeat the purpose of having US POB in the first place.

I use https://travelingmailbox.com/ for a number of years.
It's more expensive than above mentioned figures. I'm paying $200 per year.

They can forward mail to any address either domestically or internationally.
They scan envelopes and also upon request they can open and scan mail content (and have those scans available in the cloud indefinitely).
They offer real street addresses which do not look like PO Box.

Are there no services that exist in Argentina/CABA to receive mail, scan, upload, forward international (via courier) etc?
