Agree with most of what Phildt said. And will add, trapitos are a blight on the city (and every other argentine one). But will say as well I really hope they do spend this wisely (I know wishful thinking!) and improve the public transport. I actually think they should increase bus and subte fares even higher. Still way too cheap to have a quality service without excessive subsidies.
