Permanent Residents with DNI have to return to Argentina once a year to keep residence valid. What happens if the virus and travel restrictions keep someone out of Argentina longer than that?

I'd be willing to bet that closed border due to the pandemic will be considered going forward. This is a unusual situation to navigate. I believe governments will be a bit more flexible than what would normally occur.
