Try calling this office of SelectToursInternational. You can ask for Valeria but her partner Martin also speaks English. I've used them for years and once they even helped me get a refund when the hotel I stayed in had problems! They're located on Montevideo 716 (near Santa Fe) in Recoleta/barrio Norte. 4811-5761, 4811-6402. Let me know what you think.
