but in general, we don't always dance with shoes or heels. There are many types of pole dancing:
sexy pole (with heels and a lot body movements like body waves etc), pole art, pole sport etx

Hi gals!!

So thrill to see some replies here! Sorry for the late reply as I was travelling around to compete in both singapore and Brazil, now I have back to Buenos Aires to prepare my next pole comp in UK!!

I'm sorting out my schedule now (and my apartment space too). If everything goes accordingly, I will start pole trials, private and semi-private lessons in my place in mid-June, and occasionally aeriel silk weekend in a park plus open stretching session. I do teach kids too so you could bring your kids along!!

So stay tune and I will post more info here!!
