Pope Francis to visit Chile and Peru this month but not Argentina...WUWT !!!

Preparing for the flood of Argentines crossing overland to Chile for the Pope`s Visit . Close to a million pilgrims are expected. With the potential crowded situation at the Border Crossings: Chemical Toilets, medical help, watering zones, sun block, etc provided. to mitigate the Potential 6 hour plus wait... miles and miles of bumper to bumper slow traffic, under the powerful bright Andes sun , or below zero temperatures at night , no shelter available.
A Mechanical failure of your vehicle in the upper Cordillera is a death sentence..

6 hours? Good luck, it might be up to 24 hours.
However, they have proper bathrooms and there are restaurants/kioskos.

A mechanical failure is a death sentence? What are you smocking? Have you do it? It is very easy to drive at maximun 50 km/h, not high climbs in the AR side.

Bajo ; Having driven over to Chile more than 10 times have some Experience...

When you are stopped , waiting inside your car online, under the sun in the middle of nowhere, 5 miles from the Border facilities . You can pee on the roadside or walk the 5 miles to the Border facilities , the Baths are Dismal...

A mechanical failure is a death sentence? (A figure of Speech)

You again missed the point, if you car wont start after idling for hours for battery failure or other mechanical reasons , your guess how long it will take for Mechanical Road Assistance from Uspallata to arrive..? or AAA Club? When the road is blocked for miles...

A few MichelAngelo works in the Vatican Museum are worth that much, the worldwide assets of the Church Trillions of Trillions:rolleyes:

The host pays for the privilege of having the Pope visit....o_O

Where did those trillions come from? The enslavement and plundering of the indigenous peoples.

The Gold of Montezuma and of the Inca Atahualpa and Tupac Amaru... used to cover in Gold the Churches of the Empire

Could someone do a little research on Islamic wealth? The Saudis, for example, finance mosques and Islamic study centers all over the world. They and other Gulf Arabs own massive amounts of property internationally; their foreign financial investments are critical to the US. Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, father of King Salman (Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques) just paid over $450 million for a single Da Vinci painting. Former Argentine President Menem (Muslim turned Catholic so that he could run for President) donated some of the most valuable land in Argentina for the construction of South America's largest mosque. And while damning Pope Francis and the Catholic Church, let's examine the wealth of the Church of England (many of whose cathedrals were stolen from the Catholic Church). What is the wealth of the British Queen who is also head of the Church of England? How did the British monarchy acquire its wealth? We can throw arrows all over the place, so let's be inclusive and not confine ourselves to the Catholic Church.

The Vatican Residence in Santiago, where the Pope will live, was Bombed this morning as well as three Santiago Catholic churches.
Pamphlets left at the site stated the next bomb will be for your Cassock
