Power In San Andrés?

Hello - I'm in the US, my girlfriend recently arrived in San Andres near BA. Today is a "special day" for us, and I arranged to Skype with her, but she has been offline for 5 or 6 hours. I'm a little worried, but maybe it is just because of a power outage? Would this be common at this time of year? thanks for any comment/advice.

The weather is nice, very sunny and bright.
No reason not to have internet, but she's likely using DSL and with DSL you never know. If they had rain recently...
