Just an FYI on re-entry from Uruguay today via Colonia Express boat.
When coming back after a day in Colonia, the Arg Migracciones officer said I have 2 multas in my passport from previous overstays and he could not let me back in if I have a third. He then stamped another 90 day tourist visa. This was with my Arg girlfriend and I have many stamps in and out over the last 2 years. He just saw the overstays in the passport, didn't look up on a computer, so maybe a new passport would solve the problem.
