Proper Dim Sum lunch?

I think this was discussed recently, unfortunately nothing came up when I ran a search (I guess dim sum is too short for the search terms?)...

Anyway was hoping that maybe there's been some new developments and there is actually a proper sitdown dim sum lunch somewhere in Barrio Chino -- I know you can buy some dumplings at the markets, but it would be nice to go to a restaurant... has anyone had any luck lately?

Sorry i know it's been discussed fairly recently... just can't find the thread!
