Proxy solutions - reliable?

Does anyone use "Proxy Solutions"? They advertise a three day trial subscription followed by $7 USD a month payable by paypal or credit card. Is this a trustworthy company?
 
I second StrongVPN. I traveled the world last year and used them from most countries - worked great.
