The problem with Venezuela isn't USD it's a crazed maniac murdering his civilians along with some extreme right wing fuckwits killing people too.

Argentina is far bigger than Chile and has much more opportunities, especially in a city like Buenos Aires.
Colombia has had many problems in the past although they slowly seem to be working them out, they only recently surpassed Argentina as the third largest "latin american" economy so many people historically see Argentina as the "bigger" place.
