Question About Re-Entry

Just a bit unclear on the following, hopefully someone can clear it up since Migraciones hasn't indicated anything.

I got my unlimited entry 10-year sticker to get into Argentina in June of 2011 by passing through Ezeiza like the majority of people do. However, since they have changed the system over to now you have to pay online and print out your own, there has been a bit of confusion. A friend of mine was returning back to BA after getting her's and she was given a lot of hassle about not having paid for it online.

I'm returning in June of this year for a quick visit, but I am coming in through Uruguay on the ferry. I was wondering if this completely changed the scenario, if my 10-year will still be honored, or do I have to do something different?

You only have to pay once every 10 years. If your passport expires in the meantime, they will print out another copy and attach it to your new document.
