Reasonably Priced Dental Clinics?

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced dental clinic in Buenos Aires that has the equipment or ability to undertake advanced dental diagnostics such as detailed dental tomography (3d x-rays) or similar imaging? Unfortunately my normal dentist is very good, but has only basic equipment. Recently had some medical work and lab tests done, prices were much higher than before, almost USA price levels, hoping that dental clinics are not price gouging as well.
