EZE. Never. “Special” repatriation flights and cargo flights continued at all times - even if few people were able to get on them.
AEP was closed for a runway overhaul for some months.
EPA was also closed.

You missed the escape window of the summer tourism season. I anticipate BS like this until at least Oct/Nov. Gonna be tough.
