Rental Advice For Olivos

Hi, I'm moving to BA in February for 1 year with a possible 1 year extension and will need to rent an apartment. We'll likely be living in Olivos, but on a budget limited to 6000 pesos/month (plus utilities). My question is: is it reasonable to find a 3-bedroom place for that little, or would it be better to rent downtown? We need one bedroom for us, one for our child and one for an office/guests. Thanks!

Do you have a guarantor? Without one, I don't think you will find a 3 BR in that pricerange anywhere.

I think you will have trouble finding anything in that price range around Olivos, In our complex 2 bedroom apartments are starting at 10,000 pesos. Good luck

I also think you will have trouble finding a place for 6k there. Maybe not if it's unfurnished but most definitely if you need a furnished place. And if it's not furnished, I would really try to figure out the furniture budget beforehand and figure that into the equation.
