Rentals in La Plata

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had some contacts or insights into the rental market in La Plata and surrounds? I'm looking for a house/apartment on the larger side (4 bedrooms) and finding it pretty difficult to find anything of acceptable quality.

Hi! I am finishing with the restoration of a house that's located one block away from Plaza Paso in La Plata (44 and 13). It is a 240 sq meter (about 2500 sqf) house with a 70 sq meter playroom, security windows, garage, armored doors, triple DVH, etc. It will be finished in about 30 days. No co-signer is needed, just proof of income. Asking $2,600 per month (USD) unfurnished.

Some soccer player for Estudiantes Club wanted to buy the house, I offered him to rent it insted and he refused to that. He just wanted to buy.

I am also building 5 duplex in La Plata (to be finished mid 2011) and the rental will be in the range of 400 dollars per month.
