I've read the 3 or 4 threads about office space and everyone has recommended Urban Station or Area Three which look nice for individuals looking to escape their home office.
Does anyone have any experience renting a loft or a small office in a nice area? Can someone give me an idea about monthly pricing? I'm not in BA at the moment but am looking at opening an office there (4-5 people so it can be small or even a departamento) and like in Peru (where I am now) the internet usually gives over inflated and ridiculous pricing.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
