residency visa

I am looking for advice on how to obtain a residency visa. I am an employee of a non-profit in the U.S., so I can not obtain proof of employment from an Argentine employer. However, I can obtain an invitation letter from a local church and/or asociacion civil.

Are there services out there who I can pay to help me navigate the process?
