I wrote that facetiously, but it wouldn't surprise me if they skim off a substantial amount.

Hmmm I wonder if they pay a percentage on the bribes they take? I was told but never had the experience that if they find you lacking you just pay the agent discetely of course. If I worked for AFIB I would head straight to the Casa Rosa. Bada Bing!
