Correct me if wrong, Airbnb has the same income BUT they must give the rental amount to the Owner in pesos at the Days Exchange RATE, So its 70% increase Or MORE this year...!!!

I pay rent in dollars for many many many years.. and i find it super convenient.
 
Putting my 2 cents in here. Looking at some USDARS charts. USDARS in "blue sky breakout," but seems to be forming a top. Will have to wait to see what next week has to bring.
