Rooftop dining options?

Can anyone here please recommend a rooftop restaurant; either enclosed with great windows views or featuring an open patio with panoramic views?

With so many tall buildings and such an appealing nighttime skyline, I imagine, hope, that one of the skyscrapers features a top floor restaurant with a panoramic view.

there is a bar/restaurant on the top of alvear icon in puerto madero. i've never been personally though
 
Thanks folks. It would be a change from the typical parilla. Nothing against parillas mind you. Just a change of scenery.
 
There are two bars with good food options and Nice sights of the City of Buenos Aires: Aeropuerto, at Palermo, and Trade Sky Bar, at av Corrientes 222. Palacio Barolo offers a Nice terrace but the food is not great.
