Two rooms for rent in a beautiful, sunny, apartment in Plaza Güemes, just two blocks from Alto Palermo shopping mall and one block from the subway stop Bulnes line D with many, many buses, shops, restaurants, gyms and movie theaters in the area. It's very comfortable and cozy, with an equipped kitchen, a balcony with a view of the plaza, wifi, and cable TV. The rent includes the building expenses and a telephone for local calls. The room comes furnished with a desk, bed, a spacy closet, wood floors, television, cable, speakers, and bedding and towels are provided.

The dimensions are as follows:

The smaller room is 2.40 x 4 meters and comes with a desk and a spacious closet. It's available for a minimum of five months starting June 1st.
One month deposit required plus $500 US dollars rent per month, or $400 US dollars per month if it is for 3 months minimum.

The bigger room is 3x4 meters and has two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed and a spacious closet. It's available the end of August until December. One month deposit required plus $600 US dollars rent per month, or $500 US dollars per month if it is for a minimum of 3 months.

I forgot to add that I'm posting this on behalf of my friend. I actually wouldn't mind living in this apartment. LOL. It's really nice and the neighborhood is one of the most gorgeous in the city, on calle Charcas right in the plaza commonly known as Plaza Freud.

Looks like a good deal. I occasionally see postings for apartments that don't include photos of the kitchen. Maybe the owner is looking for a non-cooker.
