Yikes, I had no idea they would be that high! I just wanted to make the point of the "hidden" or other costs as it wasn't mentioned.

Early stages - I have meetings with Ernst & Young next week to talk about things. Goal is to do the paperwork by year-end to establish the SA and then go live when we have the contract signed sometime in Q1 of '09.
