San Telmo street fair open Christmas Day?

Does anyone know if the San Telmo Street fair will happen on Christmas or New Years Day. Those are the only two Sundays a friend of mine will be visiting.

Nothing's open either day until about 6pm, and then only kioscos / cafes / restaurants. The city will be deserted both weekends.

well, if you use Flickr to go back to the last time Xmas and New Years fell on a Sunday and check San Telmo photos for those days...

...it looks like there was some fair stuff going on.

But then, the cameras taking those photos could have just had the wrong dates setup
