I am looking for an affordable apartment for myself in San Telmo or neighbouring areas. I am looking to move in after Dec 09th, so flexible from mid to late Dec, I am very happy to wait to the New Year for the right place!!

I am clean, tidy and very respectable of ones property.

My rate I am willing to pay is between 450-700 USD. With the right place and price I would be willing to pay 3 months up front!!

Hi Jen, San Telmo is lovely, by day, but personally not my first choice. You can get good places at a good price in San Telmo, perhaps that is part of the attraction...
Do you have other desires in terms of other areas??
