Screen Printed T-shirts

I need to have T-shirts made for a project and was wondering several things:

1. Does anyone know or use a good screen printer here in BA (preferably in Palermo area)? Does not have to be the most talented and the project manager is super "price conscious" (read "cheap"). Reliability is more important than talent.

2. Is there an Argentine term for screen printing? When I type "screen print" in google they are all back in the states.

3. T-shirt wholesaler? Again, the resources I have are back in the States and what with the cost of shipping/export/duties overall hassle and uncertainty..not worth it. (Not to mention that the reality is China--->US--->Argentina)

I print T-shirts but not too fond of the word "cheap". LOL.

What kind of tshirts are you looking for? Just plain one colored tees? In what sizes?
Also, what is your price range?

My aunt owns a store in Avelleneda (Wholesale clothes)
All the clothes are made in Argentina.
